Paneer Dip with our Naans and Parathas
- Ingredients:
- 2 Onions Medium Sized Chopped
- 1 Small Piece Of Ginger
- 6-7 Flakes Of Garlic
- ½ Cup Milk - 100ml
- 4 Big Tomatoes 250gm
- 5 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp Kaju (Cashewnuts)
- Red Chili Powder According To Taste
- Salt
- Garam Masala
- ½ Tsp Sugar
- 1 Large Capsicum (Green Pepper)
- 1 Large Onion
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Method:- 1. Blend Onion ,Ginger & Garlic Together
2. Blend Tomatoes To A Puree. 3. Cook Onion Paste In Oil, Till
Golden (On The Lighter Side) Do Not Make It Brown. 4. Add Red
Chilli Powder. Cook For ½ Min. 5. Add Milk Gradually .Cook For
2-3 Minutes. 6. Add Crushed Kaju (Cashewnuts) & Cook For 2-3
Minutes. 7. Add Tomatoes. Cook For 10-15 Minutes On Slow Fire
Till Oil Separates. 8. Add Garam Masala , Salt And Sugar . Add
Enough Water About 1 ½ Cup & Cook For 10-12 Minutes Till Oil
Separates And The Gravy Becomes A Thick Masala Gravy . 9. Saute
Capsicum, Onion For 2-3 Minutes In A Pan. 10. Then Add Paneer
And Sauted Vegetables To The Prepared Gravy. 11. Keep On Fire
For 2-3 Minutes 12. Serve Hot With Indianlife Naans Or Parathas |
