Mashed Vegetables with Bun (Pav
Bhaji)
* 4
small potatoes
* 3 carrots
* 150 gms cauliflower
* 2 medium sized tomatoes(finely chopped)
* 2 medium sized onions(finely chopped)
* 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
* 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
* 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
* 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
* few coriander leaves
* 1 inch stick of butter
* salt to taste
Preparation
Boil all the vegetables.
Drain the water and mash the vegetables properly.
Use 2 tsp. vegetable oil in a pan. Add onions and fry till
golden brown.
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add the tomatoes and fry on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Add the mashed vegetables, salt, pav-bhaji masala, green chilli,
red chilli powder and mix well for 3-4 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water and mix well.
Garnish with butter and coriander leaves and serve hot with pav.
